Most outdoor projects in South Florida fail in the gaps between trades. A designer hands off to a mason, who hands off to an irrigation crew, and no one is responsible for whether the finished space actually works. We built Greene & Stone Outdoor to close those gaps.
What Greene and Stone really means
Greene is the planting, the canopy, and the garden, the living parts of a landscape that soften a space and make it feel rooted in South Dade. Stone is the hardscape, the walls, the patios, and the construction that gives a space its shape and holds it together. A good outdoor space needs both, designed at the same time, which is exactly how we work.
Building in South Dade since 2002
More than two decades of working in this county teaches you things a crew from somewhere else does not know: how the high water table behaves, which materials survive the salt and sun, what a real hurricane season does to a poorly anchored structure. That experience shows up as fewer surprises during the build and fewer callbacks after it.
How we are set up
You hire one company that owns the design and the delivery of your project. The construction itself is performed by licensed, insured professionals we coordinate, so the work behind your investment is done properly and to code. For you, that means a single point of accountability instead of a finger-pointing contest among separate contractors.
What we do not do
We are a design and build studio, not a maintenance company. We do not offer routine lawn care, weekly mowing, or standalone tree removal. Sod, planting, irrigation, grading, and tree-related site prep are part of the larger projects we build, not services we sell on their own. That focus is deliberate, and it protects the quality of every project we take on.
